Floats of the Portland Grand Floral Parade 2011

The weather sure hasn’t cooperated this year when it comes to getting flowers ready to decorate the floats with. I am sure many of the designers have been pulling their hair out recently and making last minute changes and substitutions. Still, they did an amazing job and I loved the creativity in many of the floats. So here is the line up:
